Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Care Assistant close to the Crosby area of Liverpool, Merseyside. You will require a minimum of 12-months’ experience in a homecare setting. It is also essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.If you are a talented Carer who is experienced in the sector and hungry for the next step in your career, then this is a brilliant opportunity to work for a homecare provider who have a real focus on quality. They will invest in you and there will be exciting opportunities to progress into a Care Coordinator role.This role is commutable from the Waterloo, Blundell Sands, Maghull, Litherland, and surrounding areas of Merseyside. Job Description As their Senior Care Assistant, you will be passionate about high-quality homecare and hold the highest standards. You will be a role model to a team of care staff and the role will also involve:

  • Quality assurance and compliance.
  • Writing care plans, conducting reviews and staff supervisions.
  • Conducting care assessments.
  • Participating in the on-call rota 1 week in 4.

  • £11.00 per hour.
  • Paid travel time between clients & 30p mileage.
  • Full-time hours.
  • Paid DBS.
