Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us here at Reeds Rains as a Sales and Lettings Territory Manager in Liverpool covering the Crosby territory. Your main objective will be to increase market share for residential sales and lettings as well as building our brand and reputation in thearea.This role would certainly be appealing to someone who likes the idea of a flexible working pattern but has all the security and benefits of being employed permanently. Its therefore essential that you are self-motivated, organised and confident workingon your own when required.You will be supported by industry leading marketing and technology, as well as traditional methods of marketing to drive sales and rental valuations. To assist in growing the business, our market leading office in Dumfries will be at your disposable to fieldcalls and enquiries on your behalf, giving you the time to generate additional business.A genuine passion for sales, lettings and customer service is a must as you will be supporting our vendors and landlords throughout their journey from the moment they instruct to the moment we help them realise that desired sale or let.We ask that you:

  • Have previous experience in Valuations/Listings across either residential sales or lettings or even both
  • Are target driven and highly motivated
  • Are customer service driven, eager to go that extra mile when it counts
  • Are Passionate about sales/lettings
  • Are excellent at communicating and building rapport
  • Career driven and looking to be a success
