Job Description

You will be working in a prestigious, welcoming office as part of the team at a highly experienced financial services professionals.The experienced Financial Services Administator be working in a modern environment and will have the opportunity to extend your skills, knowledge and experience.Our client provides financial advice and services and has a professional and innovative environment where staff and colleagues work together to share knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to all levels of client. The Role:

  • As a Financial Services Administrator you will be working on a daily basis to support your team and clients within the office.
  • You will work on a wide range of duties to support your team, colleagues and clients.
  • For the successful Financial Services Administrator there will the opportunity to develop and progress your experience
  • As a Financial Administration Administrator you will be working and assisting several clients at anyone time
  • You will also have responsibility for dealing with telephone calls and enquiries and meeting and greeting of clients to the office
  • Diary management duties
  • Database maintenance and management
  • Dealing with all client correspondence, documentation and composing suitable letters
Person specificationThe ideal Financial Services Administrator will have:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator ideally within financial services
  • Knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, protection policies etc
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels with clients
  • Ability to problem solve with strong attention to detail is a skill that they are looking for
  • Organised with excellent time management
  • Good knowledge of various systems including: Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Programs
  • Confident communicator and working with respect to client confidentiality
