We are looking for a Data Protection Administrator to join our expert team, focusing on delivering an excellent service with attention to detail.If you are an outstanding and highly motivated individual with passion and desire to contribute to the positive reputation of our business, we would love to hear from you!What you will be doing:Role OverviewAs a Process Administrator you will be responsible for liaising directly with government clients, their staff, and other areas of the wider SSCL business to resolve Right of Access Requests on behalf of various clients.Key Responsibilities Lead and Monitor Right of Access Requests to meet agreed Service Levels and Legal Requirements. Support Team Leaders where vital with queries and partner concerns. Log, acknowledge and file all Right of Access Requests and Information Requests. Complete all end-to-end activities for Information Requests within agreed timescales. Contact all named individuals to request documentation as part of a Right of Access Request. Scan all responses into personal folders for each request. Complete the 1st Redaction Check of Right of Access Requests. Work collaboratively with teams across SSCL to improve and enhance Service Delivery.What youll bring: Able to work under pressure and handle workloads from multiple sources with clear attention to detail throughout Good Excel and Word skills Able to use initiative and exercise sound judgement Strong AdministratorIt would be great if you had: Experience of working within a Data Protection administration environment.
