Job Description

Are you a Project Support Officer or work in the Recruitment Sector with Project Management experience, if you have any level of Project Management experience, and are looking for your next challenge we would love to hear from you.We have an exciting new opportunity to join our fast-growing organization who are instrumental in delivery on key projects for some of the largest government clients What you will be doing: As a Junior Project Lead you will be responsible for the design, implementation and lead the support infrastructure to maximise the effective overall project management of medium to large scale. The role will involve working across multiple small clientprojects. Key Responsibilities

Driving action logs
Support suppliers
Assemble and update project or service plans, escalating deviations from published plans.
Compile project/service risk and issue registers and ensure robust management and mitigation of risk levels.
Compile delivery governance reports and project/programme reports.
Ensures that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment.
Provide management services to support project/service delivery. This may include but is not limited to: compilation of budget and forecast figures; capability planning; milestone/delivery planning.
Ensure effective client engagement and stakeholder management for project/service delivery.
Complete assignment reviews at agreed periods or points in the project life cycle.

You need to have:

Previous project management experience
Able to engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and have the ability to tailor communication style
Takes initiative to develop knowledge in regard to products, project management tools and methodologies
Able to demonstrate own time management and workload interface planning.
Ability to identify / analyse problems, an identify resolution within a timely manner
Commercial awareness

It would be great if you had:

PRINCE 2 or AGILE
IT services background
BA skills
