Focused Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of Production Operators to work for a highly respected, long established manufacturer in Blackwood (Pen Y Fan & Croespenmaen area)Hours of work include:12 hours days and nights 3 on 3 off 07:00am-19:00pm & 19:00pm-07:00amThe company offer great working environment, full time hours, permanent contacts and good industry training.Duties will include:- Running machinery/equipment to meet targets in a busy food manufacturing environment.- To ensure that the quality of the product is of the highest standard paying particular attention to standards of the product and its packaging. - To ensure that all necessary paperwork associated with your job activity is fully completed and signed off at the end of each shift. - To complete production requirements as directed by the TeamLeader/Shift Manager.- Undertake any cleaning or maintenance of the production equipment as required and for which you have received training. - Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for the smooth running of the shift and are fit for production (raw materials, baskets)- Ensuring that all operations are performed efficiently, safely, and that all company procedures are followed & deadlines met. The desired candidates will have:- Good under pressure.
