Job Description

.Net DeveloperOur client who are a leading financial services organisation have an initial 3 month contractor for a Contract .Net Developer. this role will work alongside other experienced developers helping to deliver key projects for the business.Knowledge and Skills:

  • Highly experienced in ASP.NET with knowledge of MVC, Web Forms, and ASP.Net Core MVC
  • Experience using MS SQL
  • Extensive experience in JavaScript, html and CSS with an excellent understanding of front to backend processing, API service experience, testing and debugging.
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools (e.g. ADO, TFS, GIT, HP Fortify)
  • In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including Agile software development practices and supporting tools, unit testing, and automated testing
  • Experience dealing effectively with non-creative decision makers.
  • Ability to work independently, while escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ability to take direction, adhere to guidelines, and work well within a team environment.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, ever changing environment
