Time Zero is very pleased to offer this role as a Service Advisor in a busy Main Dealer environment.This business is privately owned and focuses on its staff as its greatest asset.The Service Advisor roleRequires seeing 10-15 customers per day, you will be the main point of contact and be able to keep the customer up to date during the progress of their work.Once invoiced you will hand the vehicle back and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.The best Service Advisors are able to multi task and lead the customer through the work carried out.
