Job Description

A unique and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales/Service Administrator to join a highly reputable, global organisation in Crawley on a full-time basis starting in January 2021.This opportunity will be a 3 month temporary assignment initially and there may be a permanent opportunity available in the future for the right person too!This role will make excellent use of your high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as your strong interpersonal abilities and your first-class organisational skills!Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing quotes for customers, sales order processing and raising POs.
  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with couriers.
  • Liaising with customers, providing excellent customer service levels.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system and bespoke database.
  • Raising and issuing invoices.
  • Utilize Baan, SAP, Outlook and Excel.
