Role includes:Supporting service users in their care plan, as well as with everyday domestic activities and leisure, fitness, learning and employment activities.Encouraging and supporting service users to learn and develop new skills and to nurture positive relationships.Completing service user support notes at the end of each shift.Based in the Salfords area, youll have experience as a temp or perm support worker, willing to take on flexible working, and happy to work alone or in a team.
