Job Description

Regional Service Director, Surrey/Sussex, £70,000 plus car allowance (£6,600) and bonusThe purpose of this job:This Regional Service Director position leads the companys operations in Surrey and Sussex and has been created to support on-going growth. As the Regional Service Director youll report directly to the Service Director and will be primarily responsible for implementing, managing and controlling the regions strategy to meet the organisations performance plans.As Regional Service Director your responsibilities include:

  • Maximising contract retention by successfully implementing the regional strategy
  • Encouraging, developing, and mentoring a team
  • Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Managing operational activities in line with company and legislative requirements
  • Ensuring financial objectives and operational KPIs are achieved
  • Fully owning and monitoring the regions profit and loss
  • As Regional Service Director your skills and experience will include:
  • Substantial practical experience in Facilities Management within a service environment, preferably from a soft services background
  • Proven success in a senior operational management position
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement across the business
  • Superb management skills and inspiring leadership qualities
  • Confidence when presenting and negotiating
  • Sound understanding of health and safety requirements and HR processes
