Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a well established organisation based near Gatwick.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the customer service functions and to support the Customer Service Manager. Key duties will include:

  • Monitoring performance of team members including absence, misconduct and capability
  • Investigating and solving customer queries and complaints that have been escalated by Customer Service Advisors
  • Analysing statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service provided
  • Supporting, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring they are trained to a high standard of customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding service delivery levels which are measured by KPIs
  • You will have demonstrable experience of working within a fast paced inbound/outbound customer service environment at a Team Leader level, experience in performance management and effective analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
