Job Title: Supply Chain GraduateLocation: West LondonWorking Model: Hybrid - 2 days on-siteSalary: £35,000 - 40,000Are you ready to kickstart your career in a global FMCG powerhouse that is growing faster than everThe Advocate Group is proud to represent a global leader within the Beverage industry in the search for a driven and ambitious Supply Chain Graduate.This is a crucial role that will work with key suppliers to ensure the efficient procurement and management of materials inbound to manufacturing locations to support production requirements across EMEA markets.Key Responsibilities:

Generate material requirements plans (MRPs) to determine the necessary materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies needed for production.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure optimal stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimise excess or obsolete inventory and prevent stockouts.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and manage supplier relationships.
Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
Collaborate with the finished goods and NPD teams to gather intelligence and refine supplier forecasts.
Use forecasting tools and historical data to improve the accuracy of demand projections.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, including streamlining procurement processes and reducing lead times.
Implement best practices in MRP planning and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Analyse data related to production, inventory, and supplier performance to make informed decisions and develop reports for management review.

About You:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
At least 1 year of Industrial Experience in Supply Chain Planning within the FMCG industry
Proficiency in MRP/ERP software systems; SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier & plant collaboration.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving when dealing with daily material planner tasks and/or issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
