This is a critical role in enhancing our workforcesskills, knowledge, and overall performance, contributing directly to the achievement of our strategic objectives. You will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across the company and support business success via programming that enables talentto perform, learn, develop, engage and achieve and provide thought leadership, strategic design and execution for Talent Management, Learning and Development initiatives.As part of your key responsibilities, you’ll focus on the following key areas:Capability Development: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the organisations current and future capabilities and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address capability gaps effectively.Leadership Development: Design and execute a portfolio of leadership development programs that empower managers and executives to drive positive change within the organisation. Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leadership to enhancetheir leadership skills.Learning and Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of learning and development programs for employees at all levels. Enhance our continuous learning culture to encourage employee growth and development.Talent Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify high-potential employees and create talent development plans. Build an integrated talent management operating model including a suite of metrics that ensurewe are accelerating talent in support of overall growth Influences the employer value proposition through development and integration of the philosophies for growth mind-set, talent management, learning and development such that they become part of the culturalnarrative for Unipart internally and externally.Performance Management: Drive the implementation of our performance management system to enhance overall productivity and efficiency. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of capability development efforts.HR Capability: Designs and manages programmes that support and enable highly effective HR Business Partnering – including, building and embedding capabilities and best practices in organisational effectiveness, organisational design anddevelopment ensuring that HRBPs and other key stakeholders, have the essential tools to lead, inspire, motivate and engage talent to achieve, perform and grow. Builds and leads a best in class learning and development team – identifying and enabling capabilities,learning and growth for all colleagues and across all modalities of learning that work to achieve a forward focused, growth mind-set learning culture.About YouWe’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
