TSR Legal are proud to be working with a progressive & recommended regional law firm with multiple offices across Wales who now have an opportunity for an additional Family Solicitor to join their Family department based near Cowbridge. This is an excitingopportunity to join a progressive organisation offering great career development. This would suit a NQ-1PQE Family Solicitor or a senior fee earning paralegal. Applications are encouraged from those outside of this PQE.Working for this regional law firm, alongside The Head of Department, experienced solicitors and a great team of support staff, you will handle the full range of family matters with a focus on public law matters. Areas of work would include, divorce, non-molestationapplications, finances, children & care matters.You would be expected to have your own caseload and will also support senior team members on more complex matters as well as conducting your own advocacy. Full supervision and training will be provided but legal aid knowledge is essential.About you:

At least 1 years’ experience in family law – public law in particular
Excellent client care skills and a strong worth ethic.
A willingness to participate in marketing/business development activities.
Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines.
