Job Description

We are pleased to assist our valued client who is global automotive components manufacturer with a base in Coventry, with an opportunity for a Sales Administrator on a 6-month contract. This position is vital to helping the company track and distributecustomer purchase orders.The successful candidate will be responsible both communicating delivery schedules to customers and discussing order requirements with managers. The Sales Administrator will place sample orders and follow up with manufacturers on a daily basis, arranging transportand negotiating with vendors, customers and carriers. As part of the role, you will also work with other colleagues in the team to manage the system master data.The ideal Sales Administrator will have:* Experience in managing multiple orders and regularly communication with vendors, customers, and stakeholders* The ability to work under your initiative, prioritising your workload to be deliver customer satisfaction* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based portalsThis full-time role will be based in the office in Coventry, so if you are looking to take the next step in sales administration, please apply as this could be the perfect opportunity!
