Job Description

Fascinating 6-month FTC or interim role for an Analyst - fast-paced national project delivery. We are looking for an Analyst to report directly to the SLT and join our national team, Offering Remote or Hybrid working near Coventry:

  • Salary Up to£65K
  • 6 months fixed term contractor Interim considered
  • Monday – Friday - 09:00 – 17:00
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Remote or Hybrid – considered but must be able to commute to Head Office (Coventry CV2)
As Analyst, you will deliver process andTrend Analysis for boldand accurate insight for the SLT to deliver savings in a national property divestment process. You will reconcile agreed vs actual figures, reconstruct & rebuild tighter process and final checks, creating visualsfor decision-makers to assure business outcomes and profitable solutions.You will need to be a strong Business Analyst skilled in portraying the story that the business data is showing, have proven experience in creating checks and balances to reconcile data, have designed processes coupled with experience in leading a team to deliver volume work whilst removing discrepancies.Analyst – The Role:
  • To gather, interpret and develop trend analysis and actionable solutions, to optimise the profitability of this national project
  • Investigate data concerns and coordinating changes with relevant functions, to guarantee data robustness
  • To reconcile, reconstruct the complex, multi-stakeholder piece of work and be the reconnaissance for the SLT to act effectively for the profitability of the business
  • To effectively design process, train it and the manage the changesout for quality checking staff to provide accurate insight into this national project.
  • Using design led thinking, information design and selection of appropriate visualisations for fast-action decision making
Analyst – The Person:
  • Proven experience as an Analyst, to understand data and challenge it
  • Experienced of designing a process,training it and managing teams
  • The ability to deliver bold, accurate insight for SLT decision making
  • Extraction of data from multiple sources, data management and reporting
  • Technical experience in data manipulation and software that covers all aspects of data mining/export/acquisition
