Job Description

This role is a Maternity leave cover until the end of the year. This role is fully remote.The Sales Operations Manager acts as an organised and efficient professional who is flexible and able to wearmultiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing the business needs. This rolefocuses on strategic aspects of sales management and requires strong business sense and ability tounderstand commercial principles.Main duties Acting as a visible and trusted business manager to drive execution of various identified priorities /initiatives in an agile execution environment. Identifying opportunities for sales process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth. This includes Offer Approvals, Order Management, Structuring and processing of sales data in CRM. Leading and facilitating forecast calls, analyse historical data, provide predictions of accurate forecasts, and challenge questionable opportunities in the forecast. Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to understand the state of the business and sales rep performance. Leading and delivering reporting and preparation of Monthly- / Quarterly Business Reviews and Sales Statistics Exhibiting a strong understanding of the sales process and act as a business advisor to the sales organization by providing insights on opportunity management to drive deal velocity. Acting as a business partner to the local sales team understanding their priorities and needs while ensuring alignment within the global organization and putting the companys interests first. Consistently monitor feedback from the sales teams to improveprocesses. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment of existing commercial practices and methodologies and look for opportunities for improvement and standardization with the use of actionable analytical reports and models. Developing best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives.
