Our client are currently recruiting Four Night Cleaners based within Covent Garden, WC2E35hrs a week - Fixed Night ShiftsShifts: 22.00 PM - 06.00 AM or 22.00 PM - 08.00 AMZero hours contract to cover eight weeks with immediate start, However has the potential to be a permanent position.£11.95, plus £1.44 holiday paid in advance - £13.39 paid per hour (Weekly).Summary The cleaners are the front line staff here in Covent Garden and are the ambassadors of the estate brand The role will require the area to be kept to a very high standard of cleanliness at all times The cleaning team will deliver excellent customer service to both guests and customers The cleaning team will seek out opportunities to interact with the guests and tenants in a positive fashion to enhance their experience here in Covent GardenResponsibilities Maintain the assigned areas to a very high standard of cleanliness at all time Carry out duties as directed by the Soft Services Manager or Guest Experience Supervisor Clean and maintain the area in a litter free condition Seek out opportunities to positively interact with the guests or customers Deal with the refuse created by tenants and the public Clean and maintain all back up areas to a high standard of cleanliness React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame Work in a safe manner at all times Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate Represent the brand in a positive fashion at all times Deliver an excellent experience to all customers and guests Use all assigned equipment in a safe manner - training to be provided Use all PPE that is required and provided for all tasks Follow all legislation that pertains to the delivery of any tasks assigned to you, such as COSHH Full training will be provided for our Street Sweeper, should the applicant have the necessary qualificationsSkills and Experience Customer service focussed outlook Excellent communication skills Positive disposition Experience of working in the cleaning industry Experience of working in a customer friendly environment Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH, risk assessments, hygiene standards, basic health, and safety Training certification to NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning or Customer Service Experience in a similar environment desirable Good degree of written and spoken English Smart in appearance Clean Full UK driving license - Full training will be provided for our Street Sweeper, should the applicant have the necessary qualificationsIf you have the above experience and available to start immediately, please apply within.
