Job Description

The UKs Leading British Spa Brand ELEMIS is seeking a passionate Account Manager to manage a small team in the running of the counter by driving sales of treatments and products. Leading by example in delivering first class customer service. NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 3 EssentialBeautiful Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Pro-actively drive sales ensuring that personal and counter targets are met/ exceeded
  • Raise awareness of the brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range
  • Participate fully in promotional/PR activity ensuring the success of the promotion and/or event
  • Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients needs
  • Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report to key staff
  • Ensure the team are aware of their figures and targets and how the account is trading
  • Prepare rotas on a monthly basis ensuring the counter is sufficiently covered at all times
  • Maintain the site to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints
  • Manage, support and develop a team continuously monitoring and assessing performance
  • Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/ fortnightly basis
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 Beauty Therapy qualification essential
  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
  • Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry
  • Experience supervising and managing a small team
  • Proven sales record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Practical work experience in performing facials
  • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand advantageous
