Vehicle Technician / MOT TesterCroydon, CR5Mon - Fri 8am to 5:30pm1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm£36,398 pa + uncapped bonus, OTE £40,537 paSubsidised car scheme from £99 per month£2000 Welcome BonusRenault Croydon seeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealership’s workshop.The role involves routine servicing, MOTs, maintenance and repair of cars to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.Candidates should have a current MOT Tester Certification, City & Guilds or NVQ level III in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and be equipped with own tools. A full UK Driver’s licence is also needed in order to carry out diagnostic test drives.The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.In return we offer a basic salary of £36,398 per annum. This comprises £35,250 pa for weekday work + £1,148 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa£4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.For a limited time we are also offering a £2000 welcome bonus to the successful individual when offered the job.
