New Car Sales ExecutiveAutomotive Retail DealershipCroydon (CR5)£20,000 pa, OTE £50,000 pa uncapped commission + car4 weekdays + Saturday & alternate Sundays Renault Croydon seeks an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on the Brighton Road (CR5).You will be joining a high-performing Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care, based at our high profile dealership. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges.You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings. You will be welcomed by our friendly and highly-motivated team who currently sit high in nationalleague tables for units sold and customer satisfaction (NPS score).Strong public demand and reasonable stock availability has led to us opening up this exciting job vacancy where you will be helping us to showcase and sell the latest models including all-new hybrid versions of Clio and Captur, the all-electric Zoe, and brand new crossover hybrid model, the Renault Arkana. Upcoming brand new models are expected very soon!We also host the Dacia brand which has models like the Sandero super-mini and the Duster. These are sensible and affordable options for customers in the current times and we host good stock with strong pipeline for these models.Candidates must have current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer. If youve worked as a Vehicles Sales Executive with other Renault or Dacia franchises before, so much the better!The successful candidate must be confident and determined to succeed, have a successful career history in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail), and have superb personal presentation and customer service skills.Furthermore you must hold a Full UK Drivers license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, carrying out test drives and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.Hours of work
