For this client, finding the right individual to join their small team who wants to stay with them long term and be part of the next phase of growth is key, with this in mind, they can tailor the hours to suit the successful candidate whether this is on part-time or full-time hours.Well established in industry this company manufacture and supply products which are found on a variety of projects from the Rail Industry to Schools.Your role will focus on new business, researching and approaching brand new organisations, new contacts withing existing customers, reinvigorating lapsed accounts or following up on previous calls. You will spend your time researching quality leads and making outbound calls every day targeting key decision makers predominantly in the following industries: Rail, Education, Local Councils, Hospitality and Architectural Sectors. You will be given all the tools and support you need to achieve in this role including industry specific lead databases such as Barbour ABI. Full training given on products.You will be adept at building trusted relationships with new customer contacts and gathering potential quote opportunities to pass to the Sales Director to deliver. Once the customer is on-board the ongoing account / project management is managed by another team member.Reporting into the Sales Director you will be part of a small team of 4, helping out with other sales related and administration duties as required, this is very much a collaborative and positive team environment with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.Alongside the business development activities, this role will also involve ensuring the CRM (Pipedrive) is kept up to date.Package:
