Principal Resourcing are working with an Academy Trust located on the outskirts of Hull to recruit at Procurement Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, supportive and expanding Trust.This is a full time role offering at salary of £27,504.The role will require you to undertake procurement activity, achieve innovative and value for money solutions, and manage contracts on behalf of the Trust. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the trust procurement strategy,advising on good practice in the procurement and contract management of services, projects, and goods, to ensure that the Trust makes the best possible use of resources in line with the Trusts strategic priorities.The successful candidate will have experience of procurement and contract management, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
