As Learning & Development specialist you will work closely with the Headof HR to work on the people agenda and embed learning culture across the organisation. This is a key role in providing a positive learning environment that drives results in line with business objectives.This role offers:* HYBRID WORKING MODEL* MODERN OFFERS WITH PARKING* ANNUAL INCENTIVE SCHEME* 4X LIFE ASSURANCE* HEALTH PLAN* 25 HOLIDAYSThe role itself* Working closely with SLT, managers, employees and external partners* Develop learning and development strategy* Implement learning initiatives across the business* Develop framework for apprenticeships* Design and deliver internal workshops* Working with managers on individual development plans* Upskilling workshops* Use expert knowledge of learning methods, research best practices, evaluate trends* Keep abreast of emerging technologies* Schedule delivery of training, study and coaching as required* Liaison with external providers* Update learning management systemsThe Candidate * A proven track record of design, deliver and evaluation of learning* A capable and driven facilitator of learning* Familiar with LMS platforms* A minimum of 3 years experience in a key learning role* Commercially aware with an understanding of learning techniques* Ability to show a history of collaborative working* Outstanding planning and organisation skills* Capable of leading projects* L & D / CIPD qualification* Happy to mentor and drive team developmentConsortium Professional Recruitment Ltd are a professional level recruitment consultancy specialising in the delivery of high relevance recruitment services on behalf of our clients across the UK.
