Job Description

Job Title: Nursery Nurse PractitionerStart date: As soon as possibleLocation: East YorkshireJob type: PermanentSalary: £9.80 per hourPrincipal Resourcing are currently recruiting for a qualified full time Nursery Nurse Practitioner for a Nursery in the East Riding, HU20. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working between 7am -6pm. You will be caring for children from birth to 5 years and can expectto earn £9.80 per hourSkills and attributes:

  • Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or above
  • NVQ
  • Other acceptable qualifications (as stated in the QCA guidelines)
  • Paediatric First Aid Qualification
  • Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this position
Within the role you will be required to:
  • To contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery.
  • To give support to other personnel within the Nursery.
  • To implement the daily routines
  • Meet all the requirements of the EYFS (early years foundation stage).
  • Engage with Children in learning and play activities
  • Keeping and updating records and reports
  • Working in collaboration with the Nursery Team
  • Liaise with Parents
  • Maintain a safe, secure environment and a high standard of operation
