Job Description

SEO & Digital Marketing Manager Location: Costock, LeicestershireSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumThe Company:One of the leading brand agencies, boasting an enviable portfolio of clients and a whole host of industry awards.   • Looking for someone with great knowledge of digital marketing, in particular SEO, and experience in managing clients. Your focus will be to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the clients specific strategic objectives.
  • Looking for drive, determination, and real commitment to excellent customer service. Outstanding communication is a prerequisite, and youll need the calm and confidence to keep those plates spinning. This role is about challenge. Challenging yourself andothers to deliver above and beyond.
Responsibilities:
  • Creating new and innovative SEO strategies that lead to long-term organic growth for clients
  • Ability to set and measure KPIs and strategic objectives and report these to clients
  • Deliver digital marketing training sessions internally and externally
  • Holding regular one-to-ones with the team and maintaining team morale
  • Use a variety of data sources to gather insight onto client performance and propose solutions and insight that help to deliver growth for clients
  • Carry out in-depth keyword research to develop effective SEM campaigns and content strategies
  • Ability to write or brief SEO-driven and compelling landing page and blog content based on keyword research
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits to highlight optimisation opportunities, technical errors, content gaps and user experience issues
  • Plan both small and large-scale website migration projects to retain full SEO value
  • Work with the web and content teams to deliver and manage SEO friendly website projects
  • Work closely with the team to build and drive link-building strategies and campaigns, securing high-quality backlinks
  • Supporting development of team and managing training opportunities
  • Constantly look to improve and optimise processes to ensure better and more efficient performance both internally and externally
  • Conduct in-depth SEO competitor analysis across technical SEO, backlinks and content
  • Understand retainers and ensure the SEO and digital team are operating profitably
  • Monthly reporting calls with clients to update on work and performance
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an SEO and digital marketing role
  • Experience using Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Data Studio and a range of CMS
  • Exceptional ability to use Google Analytics & other reporting software
  • Knowledge of GA4
  • Working knowledge of PPC
  • A knowledge of affiliate marketing and CRO is desired but not required
  • Experience with email campaigns

  • In office, full time
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
