Our client is a family-owned business that continually invests in their staff, and in technology, to ensure they are at the cutting edge to provide the very bestresults for their clients.Are you an experienced PR Manager looking for a new challenge Are you a natural communicator who likes the excitement of new challenges and who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment You will be a highly competent PR Manager with the ability to leadthe public relations professional team and take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution, and measurement of PR & Media Relations campaigns for the company and clients, with the goal of building and enhancing an outstanding image forboth.Benefits* Up to £35k salary* On-site gym* Countryside location with parking* Above and beyond bonus scheme* Enhanced holiday after three years* Modern spacious working environment* Socials events* On-going personal development and training* Contributory pension scheme* Birthday bottle of bubbly* Christmas Party-all expenses paidResponsibilities* Able to create and deliver PR campaigns* Devise and implement strategies, review the results, and adapt accordingly* Developing, planning, and implementing a public relations communications plan involving goals, budget and tactics* Coordinating all public relations activities* Researching and creating content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations to targeted media* Monitoring, analysing, and communicating PR results and coverage monthly* Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis* Organising press conferences and supplying company information to go on the website and social media* Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding the communication strategy surrounding themExperience, Qualifications, and Skills Required* Educated to degree level or equivalent* Experience in managing, supporting, and overseeing a PR team* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, a broad understanding and experience of PR strategy building, social media, and PR concepts, pitching, influencing and negotiation skills, you will be a communications professional* You will prepare new business tenders and presentations for the company so must understand how PR fits into a branding mix* Knowledge of PR tools including Gorkana and Meltwater* Be prepared to act as a company spokesperson, comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews* Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etcIf you have the experience required to fulfil this role then we would love to hear from you!King Recruit is committed to the selection, and recruitment of the best people, basing judgments solely on suitability for the job.
