Job Description

Were proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading brand agencies, an agency with an impressive portfolio of clients, family-owned with traditional family values.This is the opportunity for a Magento Front End Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.You’ll need to bring the following skills:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience of Magento 2 development in an e-commerce environment
  • HTML / CSS / LESS/SASS
  • Layout Structure
  • AJAX/jQuery/JavaScript
  • Knockout.JS and experience working on a PHP platform essential for this role
  • Mastery of hand-coded XHTML and CSS, adhering to W3C coding standards. Table-free layouts; semantic mark-up; standards enthusiast
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (native) and JavaScript Libraries including jQuery
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience of extending Magento functionality using UI Components
    • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyse and solve problems
  • Develop and maintain Magento 2 websites
  • Develop and implement innovative features and functionality for e-commerce
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate e-commerce professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Apply your expertise in Magento, PHP, MySQL & JavaScript to extend, enhance and build great user experiences
  • Understand e-commerce business requirements and convert to a coherent design
  • Unit test and take accountability for the quality of your work
  • Quickly learn an industry leading e-commerce platform
