Job Description

WOW - What an exciting role this is! You will float between 3 offices so in essence you will have 3 offices stock to let which will ultimately reflect in your on target earnings potential.

We are ideally looking for Lettings Negotiators with existing ARLA qualifications however, to gain your ARLA qualification is 120 hours of study and this will paid for at no cost to you.

Realistic on target earnings of between £30,000 and £35,000 with a basic salary of initially £16,000 if you are ARLA qualified or £14,000 if you do not have the ARLA qualifications however, as soon as you are able to present your ARLA qualification your basic salary will immediately increase to £16,000 plus 10% personal commission.
