This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of duties. The need for flexibility is required and the job holder is expected to carry out any other relatedduties that are within the employees skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Support the accurate set up and testing of systems, including data entry.
  • Ensure that quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high quality service, to facilitate retention of clients and repeat business/recommendations.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional manner.
  • Competent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Highly organised, structured and disciplined.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Attention to detail and methodical in record keeping.
  • Willingness to grow, work hard, contribute to the team and develop new skills.
