This role involves account management to clients ensuring they are making the most of the software and services. It is the perfect role for a technically-minded individual driven to providing exemplary customer service looking to their customers.Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Client User Training; involvement from deployment training through new user training
  • Driving the handover from New Biz / Project teams to ensure that all pertinent information is captured
  • Identification of opportunities, provide process advice / improvement opportunities for assigned clients; establish and maintain constant client contact through regular visits and calls
  • Health Checks - what does good health look like for each client Paired up with another CP as sounding board/look at improvement cross-clients.
  • Building client success stories by accurate and constant update of CRM
  • Analysis of client issues, trends, costs and FOC work.
  • Raising comprehensive JIRA tickets for issues that come across as part of system review & / or BAU enhancements / enquiries that come in from clients - however, this does not include providing a solution
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues alike, both verbally and in writing
  • Being a great team-player but also able to work with a certain degree of autonomy
  • Being able to support colleagues in the Support team as / if required with any incoming enquiries and handling responses where needed to revert back directly to the client.
  • Person Specification:
  • Strong technical mind and ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of the software
  • Experience of training others on various software(s)
  • 3 years plus Account Management experience is essential
  • Knowledge of working in/providing services to the recruitment industry is advantageous
  • Hard-working, open-minded approach to work, demonstrating a great deal of initiative
  • Excellent relationship building skills
