The candidate will direct the work of technicians and junior engineers.*The candidate will propose solutions to complex engineering problems and assess the manufacturing and business implications of the solutions proposed.*The candidate will interact with suppliers, understand their technical and business needs and translate them into a development plan.*The candidate will analyse the results of the process / pilot plant studies and summarise the findings in technical reports, status reports, presentations.*The candidate will identify process and material improvements on new and existing products and will help transition the improvements internally and externally.*It will be ideal if you are coming from a medical / polymers / materials / composites background.Salary:*Excellent salary package.
