Job Description

Looking for a role where you can leave work feeling satisfied AND contribute to a good cause!We are recruiting anEvents Administrator to join our client, an incredibly worthy charity, based in Congleton.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get into an office role and into the wonderful world of charities, without needing any admin experience - because youll get full training and support.Your role will be varied and will involve communicating with the people the charity supports - it couldnt be a more rewarding role if it tried!Above that, you will join an incredibly friendly bunch of people. They have regular fundraising days in the office including quizzes, fancy dress and bake-offs - theres so much for you to get involved in.Details:

  • Salary: £19500
  • Hours: 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Free parking
  • Free toast (who doesnt love toast!)
What will you be doing as the Events AdministratorThe charity runs events throughout the year. You will be involved in:
  • Allocating tickets.
  • Handling queries regarding the tickets/ events.
  • Ordering tickets and other marketing materials from suppliers.
  • Researching locations for events.
  • Responding to messages and posting on social media platforms.
  • Going along to the events to help with the running of the day.
What do you need to be considered for theEvents Administrator role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • A positive and compassionate demeanour.
