Job Description

Surface Mount Operative - Congleton CW12 1UW Full Time Temp assignment: 37.5 hours per week. Ongoing requirement - 3 months initially (with possibility of extension)Pay: £11.60 per Hour (Up to £12.07per hour after successful completion of training) Shifts offered:Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both)OrNights - 22;00 - 06:00 Sunday to Thursday +20% shift allowanceOur benefits include:

What are we looking forAre you someone with an eye for detail and excited by the prospect of working with state of the art technology in an award winning business Do you have experience working in a technology, electrical or manufacturing environmentIf yes then this may be the role for you, our international leader in the technology and engineering industry are looking to recruit Operatives to work in their Surface Mount Technology department at their Congleton site. Working as part of a small teamand in a clean environment you will be responsible for a variety of tasks involved in the assembly of the printed circuit boards used in their product.These roles are on a temporarily ongoing basis with an immediate start.   • Day to day running of one of the five surface mount technology lines which includes.
    • Loading and setting up new production programs.
    • Conducting necessary quality checks to ensure a high quality product is produced.
    • Monitoring of line performance indicators and working to keep the machines highly utilised and efficient.
    • Working with our logistics teams to keep the Surface Mount machines stocked with materials.
    • Engaging and supporting our maintenance team with repairs, process issues and day to day maintenance activities.
    • Occasional support for our engineering teams to ensure smooth installation of new equipment or new products.
