Role: Production OperativeLocation: Congleton CW12 1UWPay rate: £11.20 (+20% for nights)Start: As soon as possibleDuration: Temporary ongoing contracts with potential future opportunitiesShifts offered: Either Double-days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both) or Nights - 22:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Thursday +20% shift allowanceAdecco UK have an exciting new opportunity to work as an Production / Warehouse with an innovative, global company to work from home.Description: System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or production sequence, by monitoring and steering all relevant production processes and parameters for a defined sector of production, in a control room environment. Sets up and controls production program. Sets up production parameter and executes necessary checks. Constantly controls operations and monitors process results, acts according to contingency plans in case of deviations. Makes predefined and specialised quality checks. Contributes to judgement on production results. Engages and coordinates maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues. Advices directly related manufacturing staff. Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time.Required Candidate: Worked in Production / Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Have a positive can - do attitude and is eager to learn. Be able to communicate positively.
