Job Description

Production OperatorCongleton CW12 1UW Full Time Temp assignment: 37.5 hours per week. Ongoing requirement - 3 months initially (with extension and rolling contracts possible though not guaranteed)Pay: £11.20 per Hour (+20% shift allowance for nights) Shifts offered:Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both)OrNights - 22;00 - 06:00 Sunday to Thursday +20% shift allowanceWhat are we looking forAre you someone with an eye for detail and commitment to owning your contribution to a fast-paced team Do you have previous experience in a manufacturing / mechanical / production / assembly environmentWe are looking for flexible, reliable people with a strong work ethic to join our team

  • As much as previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, training will be provided so is not essential.
  • Want to work as part of a friendly team dedicated to contributing towards the success of the business
  • Be comfortable to support overtime (paid at an increased rate)
  • Happy working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Be able to follow repeatable processes with a good eye for detail.
Some of our roles do require extended periods of standing up and manual handling.Interested Apply Now!Our starting rate is £11.20ph and shift times are 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00, and we have an early finish on a Friday. Main role responsibilities include:You will work as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern assembling, testing and inspecting our electronic assemblies
  • Working safely and responsibly at all times.
  • Following standard operating procedures to manufacture the products.
  • Performing standard quality checks
  • Set up production machinery and equipment
