Job Description

Healthcare Account Manager - Cheshire, CW12 Salary - £25k to £28k plus Generous BenefitsAs an Account Manager within the Healthcare team this position offers you the opportunity to work in an administration and customer service role for our leading Healthcare and Strategic Communications client. You will receive a salary of up to £28k dependingon experience, 25 days holiday, an enhanced company pension and flexible working.our client running a flexible, hybrid home working and office-based model. The office-based working will be in the North West. Currently, there is very little travel to customer locations which range from Bournemouth to Manchester and various locations in-between.As part of your role as the Healthcare Accounts Manager you will have ownership of administrative tasks and manage financial activities as well as ensuring the smooth running of office procedures.Main duties include:

  • Raising invoices, creating project codes, and tracking account finances.
  • Maintain the work flowing, whilst detecting opportunities for accounts to grow.
  • Liaising with a range of teams, from internal departments and marketing, through to external clients and suppliers,
  • Have an excellent understanding of budgets and work to schedules.
  • Providing support and product advice to customers, Sales and Service team.
  • Have an eye for detail and feedback accordingly to relevant individuals.
  • Provide a 5* customer service to clients and ensure turn-around-times for services are achieved.
  • Resolving any account issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Other duties that may occur within the department.
They are very keen to speak with candidates who have excellent knowledge of different audiences within the healthcare sector and work with the marketing team to devise strategies that successfully communicate with them.About you:
  • Proactive Account Manager with a background in healthcare communications.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience of Account Management within the healthcare sector.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively to deliver exceptional results.
  • Participating in all aspects of the project providing clients with clarity and direction.
  • Consistency, proactiveness, and knowledge of the healthcare sector are key -whether its working on a social media campaign or supporting a major congress.
  • Specialist in connecting audiences and thrive on collaboration.
  • Use a broad range of innovative and creative processes to deliver tactical, measurable, and creative campaigns.
  • Work as part of an established team to deliver results
  • Build upon existing client relationships, whilst nurturing new collaborations.
