Customer Service Administrator - near Congleton£19000-£24000 + Benefits including bonus.Mechanical Services Company who work across the North West are looking to add to their Admin/HR team and currently require 2 Customer Service Administrators.One will work on the client side dealing with customer issues and ensuring the engineers are informed of workload and the other will work on the project side dealing with quotes and future busines pipeline.To apply the ideal Customer Service Administrator will either have a background in the construction or services sector or have worked in an administrative or back office position for a couple of years.All applicants will need excellent communication skills (written and verbal), have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate the confidence to work with external staff.A full benefits package is offered, training will be given in the sector to assist in your development and the opportunity to progress through the business.
