Concierge 34.5 hours - Congleton - £17,043We have an exciting opportunity fora Concierge in Congleton. The main purpose of the Concierge is to provide a concierge service to keep the building safe and secure. You will also be a point of contact for service users who may require assistance in an emergency or crisis situation.You will ensure that a good standard of professional service is given and will be required to work within the Associations Policies and Procedures. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, cultureand ethos.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some awareness of the issues faced by the client group, the ability to manage the safety and security of the residents and buildings, the ability to identify andreport repairs and the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour. You will have to have record keeping skills, good time management and organisation skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality. You will be able to communicateeffectively both verbally and in writing.
