Job Description

Our client is a major and successful organisation and is one of the top performing companies in their sector within the UK, serving substantial number of customers across the region. It is part of a large Group, which comprises several other companies, including engineering and construction, property development and waste management and renewable energy services.They now have a great contract opportunity for an Administrator whose main purpose is record keeping, preparation of technical and legal documents and processing of consent applications.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting new consent and agreement documents from the relevant template
  • Updating the team’s database by inputting new/altered information
  • Setting up and maintain customer contact details
  • Preparing GIS maps to be included to consents and agreements
  • Drafting letters for issue to customers, using the relevant templates
  • General record keeping of customers’ files and associated communications
  • Uploading files to the cloud system using a specific naming convention
  • Tidying up and updating of existing records
  • Key Experience:
  • A proven ability to prepare technical documents for issue to customers would be beneficial
  • A team player
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent (Essential Maths and English)
  • Knowledge of GIS software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Remuneration & Benefits& Benefits:
  • £10 -£11 per hour, 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
