Job Description

Our long standing and well respected client based in St Albans are looking for a part-time Administrator to join a close knit and friendly team. They are a training provider widely used - a very rewarding environment!15 hours per week, ideally hours spread across 4 days, Mon 3 hrs, Tues 9.30am-3pm, Thurs 3hrs, Fri 9.30am-1pmThey are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent individual, to offer administrative support to the Development Manager. This role will support the team to deliver multiple trainer events ensuring that all related administration is completed in advanceof the training day. The successful candidate will have to be able to handle multiple tasks at once, budget their own time well, interact professionally with all members of the company and customers, and be a very good communicator.Whats in it for you:

  • Salary: £12ph to £14ph depending on experience
  • Hours: 15 hours per week, ideally 9 hours spread across 4 days, Mon 3 hrs, Tues 9.30am-3pm, Thurs 3hrs, Fri 9.30am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
  • Receive and respond to email messages
  • Liaise with clients and trainers to schedule training
  • Chase missing information
  • Maintain Excel filing system and keep records up to date for each training date
  • Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
  • Make travel arrangements as needed
