Job Description

Are you an organised, team-oriented professional with a passion for training and development Do you have a knack for building successful working relationships and managing training programs If so, our client, a reputable and successful organisation inNorwich, is looking for someone just like you to join their team as a Training Administrator!In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and administering the training and development for all staff and students. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with different organisations within the group,ensuring a seamless training experience for everyone involved.As a Training Administrator, your key responsibilities will include managing the administration of all training and development activities, creating and maintaining the annual training calendar, arranging training providers and coordinating training events,as well as collaborating with the HR/Training Team and external training providers.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an HR/Training Team and collaborating with external training providers.Some of the key benefits of this role include:
