Job Description

Our client is looking for an EPR Team Secretary and Project Support Officer to provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential secretarial and project support services to our EPR Programme Office. The ideal candidate will work with a high degree of independenceand initiative, maintaining confidentiality at all times.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone seeking to develop their project management skills, re-ignite their light for it or level down into a nice temporary position.Pay: £14.32 - £18.24Hours: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid (with occasional travel to Norwich, Kings Lynn and/or Great Yarmouth)Duration: asap - until mid JuneDay to Day of the role:

  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties including typing, word processing, correspondence, note-taking, and photocopying.
  • Handle telephone calls, manage incoming mail and email, and prioritise urgent issues.
  • Organise and maintain diaries and prepare papers for appointments.
  • Maintain a ‘bring forward’ system and proactively plan for meetings.
  • Coordinate, administer, and facilitate arrangements for meetings and workshops, including minute-taking and report preparation.
  • Produce reports, graphics, and statistical reports using information technology.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage relationships, and handle requisitions and invoice processing.
  • Maintain a high-quality filing system and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Support the delivery of the EPR Programme across the Trusts, managing designated elements of the programme.
  • Liaise with the Programme Board and assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
  • Organise project-based communication and stakeholder events in collaboration with Project Managers and Communications teams.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and control logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a secretarial or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems to produce reports and manage data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the NHS or a similar healthcare setting is desirable.
