You will join our busy professional team and will support the Senior Pensions Administrator to ensure that all pension schemes are maintained. Duties will include reconciliation of payments to be made on behalf of scheme members; ensuring correct contributions are deducted, providing calculations of benefits to staff and calculating and payment of retirement benefits in consultation with Scheme Actuary where necessary. The pension system is ResourceLink which is integrated with the HR and Payroll functions.You must have a good standard of education with GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualification), along with experience of working with a modern computerised accounting system. You must also possess good organisational skills to manage a complex workload, have the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, and be able to communicate well with staff at all levels.
