Welder/Fabricator role on offer with a market-leading company with a track record of stable work and staff progression.Do you have experience working within a Welding/Fabrication Environment Are you looking to work with bespoke products in a friendly and growing environmentThis long-established company made custom-built products for a range of bespoke, niche sectors. Each product is built to customer specifications meaning no two projects are the same. They have enjoyed a highly successful 2019 and are looking to build upon this success by expanding out their production sector and bringing in a Welder/Fabricator to expand their team.In this role you will be working with a variety of metals (although mainly Aluminum), on the shop floor, cutting and fabricating to assemble these specialist products. On the job training will be provided by a team of highly-qualified tradesmen to get you up to speed quickly and Higher-level positions such as Team Leader and Supervisor are available for people who stay long-term.The company have an excellent reputation for providing specialist training and good employee retention to aid personal and professional development.The ideal candidate will have some experience of both Welding & Fabricating, be competent with dealing with a wide range of different materials and be looking to join a company where you enhance your skills through the chance of ongoing training.The Role:*Welder & Fabricator *Reading of Engineering Drawings *Self-inspection of components*Working at height*Working in-line with health and safety standards*£11.55 - £12.48 p/h (£22,000 - £26,000) + Training + Progression + Private PensionThe Person:*Experience of Welding and Fabricating (Mainly Aluminium) *Reading engineering drawings *Experience of working with a range of metals*Colchester Based Required skills
