Exciting Opportunity for a Data Analyst at a BMS Company in Colchester!Are you a skilled Data Analyst looking for a rewarding role in Colchester My client is a leading Building Management Systems (BMS) company seeking a talented individual to join there team. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients, evaluating risk and providing valuable insightsthrough statistical analysis and mathematical calculations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing master data and users
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to understand data content
  • Coordinating with energy suppliers to access consumption and billing data
  • Providing quality assurance of imported data
  • Designing and managing the reporting environment, including data sources and security
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation
  • Setting up and maintaining automated data processes
  • Producing and tracking key performance indicators
  • Developing and supporting reporting processes
  • Monitoring and auditing data quality
  • Preparing reports and visualisations for internal and external audiences
  • Creating data dashboards and visualisations
Requirements:
  • Related degree-level qualification
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Ability to translate business requirements into understandable terms
  • Experience in handling large datasets
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Report writing skills and ability to present results effectively
