Job Description

HR System Manager, HR System Analyst, Payroll System Lead, Payroll Manager, HybridSanderson are recruiting a Payroll System Lead for a large financial services client.Day Rate: £350 - £450 (Overall Assignment Rate to Umbrella - Inside IR35)Contract Length: 6 monthsThe successful candidate day to day will consist of:

  • Managing a small team, assisting with any queries or issues that arise.
  • Ensure the payroll system is always fit for purpose
  • Support the liaison and issue resolution process where required
  • Manage and test upgrades from payroll suppliers
  • Identify and manage any risk
  • Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure availability and stability.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
  • ResourceLink experience
  • Management experience of a team of up to 5
  • System Configuration experience
  • Experience working in busy working environments
  • Financial Service experience preferred
