Job Description

How are your administration and team leading skillsWould you be interested in managing a lively team that consistently provides the best experience to new and existing officers within the Metropolitan Police ServiceShared Services Connected Limited is looking for a confident leader who can coach, inspire and encourage their team to work in a fast-paced processing environment that offers guidance and support to applicants during their recruitment journey. This may involveresponding to routine queries, issues and circumstances. You will need to encourage your team to be confident communicators and be able to pick up the phone and speak to a wide range of candidates.If you are an outstanding and highly motivated individual with passion and desire to contribute to the positive reputation of our business, we would love to hear from you!What you will be doing:

  • Lead small teams - motivate and develop the team and encourage communication.
  • Schedule team work to required timescales and Service levels.
  • Lead the planning implementation, in order to ensure the availability of required staff members
  • Ensure that agreed processes/standards/timescales/Quality Requirements are adhered to.
  • Identify and lead improvements within own area.
  • Update and maintain data base/systems / documentation.
  • Align with regulatory requirements where applicable.
  • Collect and provide statistical data/reports as required.
What you will bring:
  • Ability to lead small teams
  • General understanding of relevant systems / ERP
  • Highly developed user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good at internal and external communication
  • Ability to manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime)
  • Ability to set and achieve performance targets
