Job Description

We are looking for someone to undertake analysis, design, testing and implementation services on medium complexity and relatively low risk, but nevertheless business critical Resourcing Technology systems (such as Applicant Tracking Systems).This is an excellent opportunity within a recently established team, so come and help shape the future of our service. We arent necessarily looking for a long list of experience but some understanding of what it takes to work in a busy fast paced environmentthat doesnt stop! If you have a high level of accuracy, we can show you the rest, we just need you to bring your "willing to learn" attitudePrimarily a remote role, there will be some occasional travel to client sites and SSCL offices.What you will be doing:

  • Support project leads to estimate and complete system changes and enhancements
  • Configure systems based on signed off specification - primarily ATS, with scope to work on other technology platforms
  • Testing own work, and assisting with testing of work completed by team members
  • Creating and maintaining specification documents following company brand guidelines
  • Creating user documentation and supporting users during testing and early live running
What youll bring:
  • Experience working with technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to produce detailed system design following company branding guidelines
It would be great if you had:
  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Software testing experience
  • An understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
